Vamsee Jagannath Mangu is a skilled Full Stack Developer with a passion for software development. With over 2 years of experience, he currently works as an Engineer III at Anthem. He previously worked at the New York State Department of Health as a Computer Programmer/Analyst, where he developed web applications using AngularJS, REST, Java/J2EE, and Oracle. He also developed hybrid mobile applications using the Ionic framework and utilized Git for version control and Redmine for bug tracking. Vamsee has a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science from the University at Albany. His programming skills include Java, C++, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, JSP and Servlets, CSS, Python, and C#. He is proficient in frameworks such as AngularJS, Ionic Framework, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Node.js with Express.js. He is also skilled in using tools such as SQL Developer, Eclipse, WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, Oracle 12C, Mongo DB, and SQL Server. During his tenure at the New York State Department of Health, Vamsee was responsible for developing Volunteer Membership ServNY application using AngularJS Framework and Bootstrap. He also developed RESTful web services for GET, PUT, and DELETE requests and wrote SQL queries. He used Hibernate for object-relational mapping and Maven build and developed Restful API’s using Node.js, Express.js, and Mongo DB using mongoose. Vamsee has also worked as an Application Developer Intern at the New York State Department of Health, where he worked on the development of Environmental Public Health Tracker involving AngularJS, RESTful services with Hibernate, and Bootstrap, JQuery, Google Maps, HighCharts.js.
